But the backdrops peel and the sets give way and the cast get eaten by the play, there's a murderer at the matinee, there are dead men in the aisles

And the patrons and the actors too are uncertain if the show is through and with sidelong looks await their cue, but the frozen mask just smiles

I read about this on Fox. Cool huh?

Awesome and inspiring and yet dreadful at the same time. The dread part hits me when they speak of -playing- with it.

Could time travel be very far away?

Maybe time travelers walk among us as we speak. Maybe I'm a time traveler. I'm always moving forward in time.

If you could time travel you'd already have been an extra on Mayberry RFD or a John Wayne film.

Maybe there are travelers but probably and most likely not.

Maybe I am John Wayne or Elvis.

Not that I would turn away the money, fame or talent but insinuating that I'm gay again is gonna get you a response or two you really won't like chickenhawk.

I just made a guess about who your heroes were. Give me a break. I don't care if you like Elton John. I got my favorites like Elvis, ACDC, Frank Sinatra, Van Halen. Whatever you like is ok with me even Lawrence Welk.

A one and a two.

You picked the gayest people in entertainment(maybe all of existence) and it was just a guess at my heroes? Really just insulting Tim. Especially that bit now with the condescending 'it's ok'. It's not a joke and you're really not that clever.

Maybe the thread should be called Supermassive Asshole In Our Galaxy. You've qualified.

Just a reminder how your fallout with Cap started way back when:

you were 'just joking'. Remember?

You know you had a good list there but you totally ruined it with ACDC. They shouldn't even be mentioned in the same sentence with any of those guys.

Fine I'll start calling you a dem then.

What happened and who's Cap? I'm assuming this occurred before I got here.

No I wouldn't because that's a lame joke.

True. AC/DC is still alive and intact and touring.

I can call names too. Not a dem either.

It did.

If that was what I meant, then Van Halen wouldn't fit there either. What I meant was, they are a lame rock band. Van Halen, Sinatra, and Elvis are far better and are way above ACDC.

I guess we disagree on that one. I like ACDC and Van Halen for getting pumped up for exercise and such. I like Sinatra and Elvis for listening to while working on the computer, and Elvis is good for driving too.

I guess I'm just never going to understand how anyone can stand that's guy's horrible voice. Its enough to drive a man insane. When I'm on the computer I just pick a random CD and start to jam. Right now I'm rocking out to my brand new Foghat album I got for Chirstmas. When I'm out for a walk to cool off from working out, I enjoy listening to More than a Feeling and otehr songs by Boston. But when I'm weightlifting, I prefer more harder rock, like the Scorpions, Gary Moore, and Ted Nugent, among others.

Oh and when I'm on the road, nothing beats Foghat. "Slow Ride" says it all. But of course they've got a bunch of other excellent driving songs besides that one.

No I don't think I can recall that, but the band does sound familiar. Is that old or new?

Remember the Iron Eagle movie? The main character drive around in the classic 60's Mustang and "Road of the Gypsy" was one of the songs playing.

Found it on youtube.

Oh yeah. I was having a slow day I guess when I said that.  I remember the 80s movie about the airplanes.

That's a good song.

I know I haven't been on the site much lately, but starting tommorow I'm getting back into it and posting stuff.
