But the backdrops peel and the sets give way and the cast get eaten by the play, there's a murderer at the matinee, there are dead men in the aisles

And the patrons and the actors too are uncertain if the show is through and with sidelong looks await their cue, but the frozen mask just smiles

I don't have a dog in this race. I'm not a catholic.

Actually you do- the Pope doesn't think you're going down the correct path by not being a Catholic. In his eyes, you're on the same path as me(at least a very similar one going in the same direction). The former child Nazi probably thinks of us quite equally. Gives you warm fuzzies, don't it?

So it's not like he's going to tell catholics to strap on a bomb and go to town. The worst that could happen is catholics start going door to door looking for converts like jehovah's witnesses or something.

So religious peoples all fall under two categories, terrorists and you. Got it.

No, I'm just saying you have nothing to fear from Catholics because they aren't terrorists or something.

I don't know what the heck you are saying then. I'm not saying anybody is a terrorist unless they strap bombs to themselves and run around shooting at people. That would not be catholics.

About the only so-called religious people I know of that are real terrorists are radical Islamist.

I'm saying you keep up a false dichotomy.
