Being into weightlifting and fitness as I am I've heard that soy protein creates esterogen in men, and thus bodybuilders stick to whey protein.
I also have found that soy is in everything. I bought a bunch of 98 percent fat free chicken a week ago and soy is even in the chicken. Somebody trying to take the testerone out of men or what? Could this also be a contributing factor to the obesity problem?
Maybe Jack Lalanne is on to something when he says eat only natural foods. If man touched it don't eat it.
So remember this if you feel overly sensitive, don't like muscle cars, sports, or cry at movies all the time. You may be the victim of soy protein.
I smell a massive government conspiracy to make men wheenies in 2009, and I think it's working.
I'm going to get to eating oysters as much as possible myself.
