But the backdrops peel and the sets give way and the cast get eaten by the play, there's a murderer at the matinee, there are dead men in the aisles
And the patrons and the actors too are uncertain if the show is through and with sidelong looks await their cue, but the frozen mask just smiles

Hmm, smoking joints isn't exactly something I'd fight for. It's worse than smoking cigarettes. A lot worse. Joints usually lead to worse mind altering drugs. __________________

Banning the prohibition IS something you should fight for, especially if you tout the usual bumper sticker of wanting smaller government and less spending. It is a new source of revenue as well and for the record, the chemical process that tobacco goes through to wind up as a cigarette makes them incredibly worse than marijuana. Check your preconceptions. __________________

Got to put restrictions somewhere on drugs. Can't just let kids smoke dope for instance. __________________

Why would children be allowed to smoke dope when they can't drink or smoke cigarettes legally?
In some very specific cases there may actually be children who could benefit from it-it is not about recreation-the medicinal stuff is a bit different than the straight up recreational stuff.
Also, the idea that having a prohibition on it keeps it out of anyone's hands is rediculous. It's similar to a gun ban where only the good citizens give up guns in compliance while the criminals profit and run rampant with them-leaving the good citizens that do keep them now being considered criminals themselves.
The system has failed. __________________

So you think good citizens smoke pot? Just asking for clarification. Don't get all sensitive and please don't get upset over me insinuating you might be sensitive as my quote of the month says.
If there's anything that upsets me, it's having people say I'm sensitive.- Barney Fife __________________

It's the unnecessary prohibition that makes a good citizen bad for doing something no more harmful than drinking or smoking which the government allows solely to collect various taxes on. __________________
