Ok, I hope this isn't going overboard with all these smilies, but pak wanted the dancing banana. At least I figure if you have lots of ways to express emotion, we all might not feel as tempted to cuss.

Let me know

Look below if you don't know what I'm talking about, assuming you are logged in of course.

Love the site. Hate the new emoticons. Distracting, imo.

aww man, you hate all the smileys. Maybe I'll have to trim down the number. I'll have to see what the rest of the guys say.

Really Tim, the emoticons are waaaaaay too much.

I don't really have an emotion like this. Well, maybe I do now.

Only if you have the brain power of a watermelon seed, and don't know any other way of expressing yourself. At least the smilies are good natured.

I think I've expressed myself in many posts in a raesonable manner. If I bust out the occasional expletive, ban me.

And the patrons and the actors too are uncertain if the show is through and with sidelong looks await their cue, but the frozen mask just smiles

Ok, but remember though those sites are kid friendly. No cussing please. I started this politicing thing just to seperate my desire to argue from my entertainment sites.

Superman

Captain America
http://www.captain-america.us/messageboard/

superhero board, and superhero gallery
http://superherouniverse.com/

I've got a lot of others geared toward making money like http://shoppingland.us/ and http://webmastertips.us/

Tim, is running these sites your fulltime job, or are the ads just enough to keep them running? If'n you don't mind …
Posted:  04 Oct 2007 21:55
Yes and no, the ads on this site are just enough to keep it going I think. I make my money on other sites that have been around for like 8 years. It takes a while to build up enough traffic to actually earn any dough.

Of course it would be nice to have millions of people visiting and clicking on ads. But nothing's easy. You got to keep working and working and working and you get the point.
