Seems to me a cartoon in reference to political correctness a term the commies like to use by the way.
They outlaw smoking everywhere, but still want tax money from it, want to outlaw how we think toward once taboo subjects like gay rights, want to tell us when we can pray or talk about God or cant', sue fast food joints, and on and on it goes until we all think a like or suffer the consequences.
