Political correctness once again proven stupid. Here we see examples of redubbing making the character Mammy sound a hair more educated. Hello it's comedy. The characters are supposed to sound funny.
Gee whiz. I guess only white characters are allowed to be funny.
You really can't tell that much difference except the redubbed version just sounds out of whack and seems to destroy the comedic effect. I think the subconscious mind notices the lack of sincerity I suppose. __________________

I collect old animation and I have some Bugs Bunny from the 40's that is quite un-PC and quite funny. __________________
