I wanted to let that soak in before making comment on it.
Not only is he avoiding the debate, he's doing it 'for the American people' and he even invoked the spectre of 911 to do it.

I'm waiting to see how it plays out. I'm thinking this might be some kind of rope a dope method McCain is trying to use on Obama. The man has a lot of experience and I think he's got something planned for his young adversary much the way Ali used to do in the boxing ring only politically of course. __________________
