I've been planning on buying that book. Ted Nugent is very entertaining to listen to, not just his music, but his political ideals as well. He seems very far to the right, and some parts of his plans are pretty surprising. One of the things l like most about Ted is that he doesn't waffle on the issues, he knows exactly what he's going to do, and he tells it in no uncertain terms. __________________

There aren't that many Christian rockers besides Ted is there? But I do think there are more in the music business than in Hollywood. The only Christian rockers I can think of right now are Rick Derringer, Lou Gramm, Barry Goudreau (a Huckabee supporter), and the late Lonesome Dave. I always like to hear it when one of the people I admire musically, turn out to be believers in God as well. __________________

Is Ted really a Christian though or just someone that loosely believes there is a God.
I'm not knocking Ted, but you there are those that believe there is a God, and then there are those that are fully trusting in Jesus. You know what I mean.
I'm just curious. Whatever his personal beliefs are he's got a lot better hold on life that most rock stars. I find his attitudes refreshing as compared to Bruce Springsteen. __________________

Yeah, I agree.
But I think I remember hearing he is indeed a real Christian. I know he believes in the sanctity of life. There are others like him, Lou Gramm, the lead singer of Foreigner recently came forward and said that he had been saved, and Rick Derringer said that he rewrote the lyrics of many of his songs because he was a born-again Christian. And Barry Goudreau, bass guitarist for Boston, is also a strong believer in God. __________________

Yeah, he was great with Foreigner. I heard he released some solo Christian albums, but I never heard them. He had one song while he was with Foreigner, called "Blinded by Science" and if you listen to the lyrics, it sounds like its a Christian song too, or at least a song written with the intention of getting people to think about God. Just listen to some of the things he says.
