York struggles with the commandment, Thou Shalt not Kill, and serving his country.

I've been to York's home town. It's about a hour and a half drive. Not much there really, but it's a nice drive. My dad used to play this movie a lot when I was a kid. He taped it when we first got a vcr.

Oh you live in Tennessee then. Really great state, but the football team sucks.

on the football comment

Actually to tell you the truth I play football more than I watch it. These fat boys that sit around watching football all day long get on my nerves. People around here worship the Volunteers. I say screw them. The TN Titans are worth talking about sometime. But no, it's like a religion around here. Thou shalt worship the Volunteers.

Of course I'm more than willing to sell some Volunteer posters for my meager website commission I receive.

But I recommend the Tennessee Titans posters

Me too man. I don't like the Vols. I'm a huge Crimson Tide fan, so anybody who either lives in the south or knows anything about football knows about the rivavlry between Bama and Tennessee. We hate each other.

I would be offended, but I'm not fat, so that doesn't apply to me. But anyway, I only watch football on Saturdays so I don't sit around and watch football all weekend long--just all Saturday long.

I really couldn't be happier right now. My team is No. 1, and their two biggest rivals are losing just about every week.

Sorry didn't mean to say being a football fan was a bad thing. Just rambling a bit. I've always rather play a game than watch someone else. The last time I got into watching sports on a regular basis was when Michael Jordan was king of basketball. Had to watch Jordan.

Well its hard to play sports like football when you're not on a real team. You have to get a lot of people to play too.

Well a bunch of guys from the gym play football every week. I get in there from time to time. I took off a few months though. Just started back. Even with touch football I tend to bleed a lot.

Basketball is my thing, but seems like the kids that play are such creeps anymore talking crap so much it's not even fun to play. I've been playing here and there at the same park since my teen years way back in the 80's.

Main thing is I like to do stuff like that to see where I'm at physically. Sometimes it helps to compete with others just to test yourself.

Huh. Well I don't think there is a gym like that anywhere near where I live. Besides, I do all of my exercising at the house, where I have all the equipment I need.

Yeah folks like that are real hard to get along with. Very annoying.

One of these days I'd like to have enough money to put up a garage filled with weight equipment.

Our gym is actually small. The guys just go to the football field below the school on Saturdays.

Or you could just get one of the workbenches that has a lot of different functions. That's what I got.

Right now I'm doing like really heavy stuff trying to get stronger. Have to use like 100 lb dumbells. Which if I dropped in my house would cause a really big hole probably.

You'd be in big trouble then I bet. With the wife I mean.

I don't really use dumbells. Just weightlifting machines, where I can bench press, and do lots of other exercises.

That's what I'm doing too. Have to lift the heavy stuff, as much as I possibly can. Only way to grow big muscles.

I've been working out so many years I have to keep changing out how I do things. Course right now I'm hoping that by gaining more muscle it will lead to my ultimate goal which is to get ripped like Stallone on Rocky 4.

One of these days I hope I have my own personal gym at home with everything I could ever need.

My goal would be to look like one of those guys in the comic books. Like Captain America. Or actually, being muscular like ANY of the comic book superheroes would be nice. I've noticed that all of the male superheroes, even if they're not strong, are covered in muscles. Look at Cyclops for example.

Right now I think I have all the equipment I need but as soon as I go to a gym or try some new equipment that I really like, i won't have everything I need anymore. I'll need that other equipment too. But as long as I don't know about it I'm fine with what I got.

I need to take a week or two for nothing but cardio and eat as little as possible. Just 6 miniature meals a day. Like a apple or a pack of tuna each time. Make me nervous wreck to do without good food though.

I don't think that cardio or any of that is for me. I think I'll just stick to plain old-fashioned work-outs.

If I had more money I seriously consider lipo suction. If I weren't' afraid of doctors and needles.

I think that exercising regularly would prevent you from needing liposuction. Even if I had the money, I wouldn't need, nor want the operation.
